Return Policy

Contact us if you have any issues with your product.

Please notify us immediately if there are any problems with your order. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to the customer if reported to us within 7 days of receipt. All other claims, discrepancies, and returns must be resolved within 30 days of purchase.

Orders for sealed retail products purchased on our website may be canceled prior to shipping for a full refund. If the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund for full purchase price will be granted upon return of the item in its original, unopened condition.

Retail Items

Unopened, sealed retail items may be returned within 30 days, with the exception of loose-leaf teas and syrups. Credits issued are for product only. Opened products, loose-leaf teas, and syrups cannot be returned, and no refund or exchange is offered.

Custom Formulas

Once a custom formula has been blended, it cannot be canceled or returned, and the customer is responsible for full payment. If you are dissatisfied or have a negative reaction to a custom formula, please contact us within 7 days; product credit or exchange will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
