Elderberries, honey, and water make a powerful and seriously yummy immune system support.

Our syrups are made fresh, in small batches, with no preservatives.  Delays during shipment could expose them to the fermentation process, and although they still retain their medicinal value after fermentation, it can alter their taste slightly.  To help stabilize them during transport, we offer the option of adding a small amount of brandy to the syrups.  Please indicate if this is something you desire.
